Parker Poe hosted the Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review virtually this year. Melanie Dubis moderated a panel of judges and attorneys, including Heather Munday and Morgan Rogers, on how the practice of litigation has evolved during the coronavirus pandemic. They discussed new best practices for managing records and preparing for discovery amid remote work, the value of virtual depositions, and how some courts have adapted to still have in-person jury trials.

The Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review also included a review of significant cases impacting businesses in North Carolina and South Carolina. This was the fourth annual Year in Review put together by Parker Poe's Business Litigation Team.
