Aislinn Klos is part of a team of litigators who represent clients before state and federal courts, governmental agencies, and national and international arbitration panels in the Southeast and around the world.
Aislinn has served as a law clerk for Judge James A. Wynn in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also served as a law clerk for Judge Loretta C. Biggs in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. She is also a former litigation associate at one of the world's 10 largest law firms, where she was a core member of the trial team for a six-month jury trial.
Aislinn received her law degree from Yale University, where she participated in the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and Yale Journal of Law and Feminism. She was also part of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She received her bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the fencing team.
