Davis Riddle focuses his practice on real estate and commercial development. He has particular experience managing and closing commercial large dollar real estate transactions in multi-family, industrial, hospitality, and retail sectors. He has overseen a multitude of commercial agreements, including drafting and reviewing numerous leases, asset purchase agreements, share purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and membership and interest purchase and sale agreements.
Prior to private practice, Davis served as an analyst in the investment banking division of a Charleston firm, where he performed extensive research on various business sectors and assisted in creating valuation models for medical service providers in various sales and acquisitions transactions. He also served as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office. A native of South Carolina, Davis earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Clemson University before going on to the University of Georgia to earn his MBA and JD.
