Eva Frongello is dedicated to helping clients protect and capitalize on their intellectual property assets, including preparing and prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, conducting trademark clearance searches, and assisting with the maintenance of trademark registrations. She has experience overseeing the global management of trademark portfolios for numerous clients.
In addition, Eva assists clients with preparing and negotiating consent agreements, coexistence agreements, trademark license agreements (including intracompany agreements), nondisclosure agreements, and other commercial agreements in connection with the protection and monetization of their intellectual property assets.
Eva represents clients in diverse industries such as sports and entertainment, retail, health care, technology, life sciences, and more.
Eva received her law degree and bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. In law school, she was a staff member for the North Carolina Law Review.
