Hollie DeBaro advises developers, builders, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations on a wide range of their commercial real estate needs. Her practice is informed by her time working in-house for two real estate developers, including managing all legal issues of a multifamily portfolio spanning five states.
Hollie assists clients with drafting purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, and financing documents. She also advises on title review and certifications, survey review, preparation of declarations, public offering statements, and homeowner association articles and bylaws. She also has experience preparing loan documents and advising lenders on construction loans, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs), refinances, and permanent loans.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Hollie was a legal intern for a Fortune Global 500 company, where she engaged in custom negotiations of secured leases and loans. Hollie earned her law degree from Elon University, where she was a member of the Elon Law Business Journal. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.
