Evan Phillips primarily practices in the area of health care law, helping clients navigate transactions, regulations, and litigation. He represents a wide variety of health care providers, ranging from hospital systems to physician groups to pharmaceutical companies.
In addition to his work representing clients in the health care industry, Evan’s practice also includes resolving disputes involving commercial contracts, construction, and general business issues.
While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Evan served as the managing editor of the South Carolina Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Evan received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Presbyterian College, where he was a member of the men's golf team.
