Megan Feltham is part of a team advising foreign and domestic companies of all sizes on virtually every type of employment and labor issue. She has handled employment practices liability insurance claims through litigation as well as at the administrative level.
Megan previously interned at a major health care system's legal department, where she worked closely with the top employment counsel and HR team on employment law issues. She also helped create and implement a program to educate managers on their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Megan's employment counsel is also informed by her experience interning with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Megan received her law degree from Wake Forest University, where she was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society and the Innocence and Justice Clinic. She received her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, where she was an NCAA Academic All-American on the gymnastics team.
