Molly McCabe focuses her practice on the tax aspects of public finance transactions. She advises a range of clients, from state and local governments, public and private universities, housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations on their tax-related financings.
Molly handles tax-related work on municipal bond deals and works with issuers on ongoing compliance for tax-exempt transactions.
Molly also has experience in litigation, defending clients against claims of medical malpractice and professional negligence. Molly is admitted to practice in all state and federal district courts in North Carolina.
Molly earned her law degree from Wake Forest University, where she graduated cum laude and served as an editorial staff member of the Wake Forest Law Review. She earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
