Nick Nybo concentrates his practice on construction and commercial litigation. He is part of a team that serves a diverse group of clients representing all participants in the construction field, including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, construction managers, and surety/fidelity companies.
Nick earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina. While pursuing his degree, he served as the senior associate editor-in-chief of Volume 72 of the South Carolina Law Review. He was a judicial extern for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Before law school, Nick earned his undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in writing at Clemson University. He is also a graduate of Clemson University’s Honors College.
