In the life sciences field, Spencer has negotiated sponsored research agreements, discovery and validation projects, licenses for genetic tests, collaborations between pharmaceutical companies and laboratories, material transfer agreements, and supply agreements for proprietary instruments, chips, and consumables. He also regularly advises clients in the health care, IT, and manufacturing industries on transactions involving all types of intellectual property.
Spencer has also drafted and negotiated hundreds of commercial agreements, including sourcing and procurement, cloud software, consulting, information technology, manufacturing, purchase, supply and distribution agreements, including many multi-million dollar deals, for Fortune 500 corporations, midsize companies, and startups.
