Stacy Little is a litigator who concentrates on property tax disputes as well as professional negligence defense. She is part of a team that has handled hundreds of property tax appeals throughout North Carolina. She has represented developers and other commercial property owners before local boards and before the North Carolina Property Tax Commission.
Pursuant to her medical malpractice defense practice, Stacy has defended corporations, individuals, and municipalities facing a variety of civil claims in state and federal courts, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and providers.
In addition, Stacy mentors law students through the Wake County Bar Association's Campbell Connections program. She maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing abused and neglected children through the Guardian ad Litem program as well.
