Stephen Gambill advises owners, developers, borrowers, and lenders on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, development, financing, and leasing. He has worked on transactions involving industrial and manufacturing facilities, retail and office properties, mixed-use developments, multifamily and student housing, healthcare facilities, and hotels.
Stephen’s experience includes drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, construction agreements, easements, and financing documents. He has also managed due diligence, including title and survey review, and worked on financing transactions involving construction loans, conduit loans, and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans.
Stephen earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina. He also holds a master’s degree from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary and a bachelor’s degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
