Taylor Dougherty focuses his practice on residential and commercial landlord-tenant law, where he primarily represents landlords in disputes with tenants. In addition, he represents real estate property owners in summary ejectment proceedings.
In previous roles, Taylor has reviewed contract disputes and corporate mergers.
Taylor was an extern for both the Eastern District of North Carolina Bankruptcy Court and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He earned his law degree from Campbell University, where he was a staff writer for the Campbell Law Observer. He was also a member of the International Moot Court team. He earned his undergraduate degree from Thomas Edison State University.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys soccer, reading, and traveling.
