Toni Lynn Gaultney represents developers, homebuilders, contractors, and other clients in construction litigation. She is part of a team of attorneys who litigate issues such as contract disputes, construction and design defects, disruption and productivity claims, and scheduling and delay disputes.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Toni Lynn was an attorney for a South Carolina-based law firm, where she represented companies in litigation proceedings, including by drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests, demands, and motions. She also helped clients navigate and prepare for depositions, mediations, mandated settlement conferences, and court appearances.
Toni Lynn earned her law degree from Charleston School of Law, where she was an editor of the Charleston Law Review. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia. In her free time, Toni Lynn enjoys exploring the Lowcountry with her Australian shepherd.
