Parker Poe Represents Bubba Wallace in NASCAR Deal With Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin

Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that the firm represented Bubba Wallace in his negotiations to become the driver of Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin’s new NASCAR team. Wallace is the only Black driver and Jordan becomes the only Black principal owner at NASCAR’s top level, the Cup Series.

Parker Poe partner Andrew Dana advised on the negotiations and drafted the legal agreement.
