David Pardue will outline best practices for companies to safeguard their intellectual property and manage their trade secrets during a webinar hosted on October 10 by the United States Intellectual Property Alliance (USIPA).

David and the panel will discuss how intangible assets like trade secrets are being exploited by individuals with access to critical know-how and what companies can do to protect and monetize these assets.

Based in Atlanta, the USIPA seeks to facilitate the creation, protection, and enablement of ideas through an efficient and effective intellectual property ecosystem. David sits on the alliance’s board.
