Raleigh, NC – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Chignell has been admitted to the American College of Transportation Attorneys (ACTA). The nonprofit association is comprised of a select group of experienced transportation defense attorneys who serve as legal resources to the trucking industry.

A partner in the firm’s Raleigh office, Kevin’s national practice serves trucking and transportation companies and insurance carriers in wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims resulting from commercial motor vehicle accidents. Kevin brings nearly three decades of experience to his practice and frequently presents on safety issues, claim avoidance, crisis management guidelines, and accident response protocols and investigations. He has handled cases in state and federal courts and collaborates closely with clients to understand their goals in order to resolve lawsuits.

Kevin also has significant experience in product liability lawsuits and industrial accident litigation.
