Tiffany Burba Named Vice Chair of North Carolina Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Section

Raleigh, NC – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Tiffany Burba has been named vice chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section. The section examines copyright, patent, and trademark law issues, and provides information to its members about a wide range of issues related to intellectual property law.

The section regularly provides networking and continuing legal education opportunities. It also helps shape the association’s legislative agenda.

At Parker Poe, Tiffany is a partner in the Raleigh office who helps clients negotiate technology contracts and protect their intellectual property rights. She has particular experience at the intersection of intellectual property and technology, having drafted and negotiated thousands of contracts involving cloud software, data sharing, cybersecurity consulting, and other areas. She has negotiated multimillion-dollar deals with some of the country’s prominent life sciences and software companies.
