Brock Wolf concentrates his practice on intellectual property transactions, with a focus on the health care and life sciences industries. He is part of a team that works with clients to draft and negotiate intellectual property and technology-related agreements to protect and commercialize their highly valued intellectual property.
Brock has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing strategic data privacy guidance to clients, developing privacy policies and procedures, and guiding clients through security breach responses, among other efforts.
Brock is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), which has been recognized by the IAPP as the gold standard for privacy professionals in America.
Brock received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, he was the managing editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy, a teaching assistant for a legal writing course, and a board member of Moot Court. He earned his bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
Prior to his law career, Brock worked as an organizational and workforce development consultant for an international consulting and technology services company.
