Caroline Scalf is a litigator representing clients in the education industry. She is part of a team that represents education institutions in every type of legal matter that comes before them. From discovery through trial, Caroline counsels clients through litigation and facilitates settlement negotiations and mediations.
Caroline began her career as a staff attorney for the Honorable Verda M. Colvin at the Superior Court of Bibb County and the Georgia Court of Appeals. Her experience as a staff attorney at the trial and appellate levels helps Caroline advise her clients on critical issues impacting all stages of litigation.
Caroline is active in the Atlanta community. She is the co-chair of the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy, a member at large of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers, as well as a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and Junior League of Atlanta. In her work with Junior League of Atlanta, Caroline volunteers at the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy’s Envision Project, a program for survivors of child sexual exploitation that focuses on employment readiness, education, independent living skills, and personal development.
