Quinn Warren focuses her practice on real estate and commercial development. She has represented investment, financial, and other lending institutions in connection with the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. She has advised on hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, and other property types nationwide.
Quinn earned her law degree from Emory University. During law school, she interned with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, was an editorial board member and editor for the Emory Law Journal, and was vice president of academic affairs for the Emory Corporate and Business Law Society. She earned her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she was vice chair of the Honor Court and won the Ferebee Taylor Award for "the greatest contribution to continued vitality and strength of the Honor Code."
