Jeff Daniel focuses on litigation, Title IX investigations, and regulatory compliance issues unique to the education industry. He has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution, preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders, class certification, dispositive motions, discovery, trial, and appeals. Jeff regularly represents and advises educational institutions during the course of internal and government investigations of Title IX and sexual misconduct matters. He also helps his clients develop policies, procedures, and training guidelines that comply with Title IX, including the U.S. Department of Education's sexual harassment regulations released in 2020.
