Landon Whitley is an associate who focuses on business law. He is part of a team that counsels public and private clients on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and general corporate governance.
Landon received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, he served as managing editor of the First Amendment Law Review, a judicial intern for the North Carolina Business Court, a teaching assistant, and an advocate with a student-led peer mental health support group.
Landon earned his bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill where he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Before law school, Landon was a congressional intern, a fellow at a legal nonprofit that served victims of human trafficking, and a senior legal assistant at a law firm.
