Lervette J. Blair is an experienced trial litigator practicing in the firm’s professional negligence and product liability defense group. Lervette has over 20 years of experience in civil defense litigation in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability and products liability. She handles a broad array of matters involving automobile, trucking, and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, homeowner association, and more. She has represented individuals, small businesses, corporations, and insurance companies in state and federal court at every phase of litigation, from pre-litigation resolution of matters, through discovery, motion practice, mediation, jury trials, and appellate litigation.
A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, Lervette subsequently earned her law degree from Louisiana State University. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Louisiana.
Outside of the practice of law, Lervette enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.
