MaryGrace Bell Kittrell practices education law and uses her experience as a former teacher to serve school districts. She handles legal matters regarding special education, constitutional issues including the First Amendment and discrimination, personal injury, and general litigation.
Prior to focusing her practice exclusively on serving the education industry, MaryGrace served as an assistant solicitor general for the Henry County Office of the Solicitor-General, where she handled over 30 jury trials. She continues to use her litigation experience in both state and federal matters and has extensive experience with administrative hearings.
