Noah Ganz represents a wide range of businesses and individuals on complex business transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law compliance, private offerings of debt and equity securities, litigation finance, and general corporate governance.
Noah also regularly assists clients with legal needs that develop in the daily operations of a business such as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other corporate governance needs. In addition, Noah advises funders, law firms, and companies in the evolving world of litigation finance.
Noah received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor's degree from Elon University. He has also earned a certificate in sustainable capitalism and ESG from Berkeley Law Executive Education.
Noah has interned for the Honorable Joe L. Webster, a magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, and on the U.S. Senate's Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
