Noah Ganz advises businesses and investors on complex business transactions and has helped close deals ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to over $900 million.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and investment transactions. He advises on investments in emerging growth companies, private placements and other exempt offerings of debt and equity securities, and federal and state securities law compliance. He is also experienced with fund formation, including the structuring of litigation finance transactions.
In addition, Noah regularly assists clients with legal needs that develop in the daily operations of a business such as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other corporate governance needs.
Noah received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor's degree from Elon University.
