Olivia Landrum focuses her practice on business litigation. She is part of a team of attorneys who represent clients before state and federal courts, governmental agencies, and national and international arbitration panels in the Southeast and around the world.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Olivia was an attorney for a law firm in Atlanta, where she routinely argued and prepared various motions, managed client interviews, and drafted legal documents. She has experience assisting clients on issues such as breach of fiduciary duty, Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO), trade secrets, and restrictive covenants.
Olivia earned her law degree from the University of Georgia, where she was the executive notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, a member of a winning Moot Court competition team, and was selected for the Clarke-Carley (formerly Lumpkin) Inn of Court. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Auburn University, where she was a student recruiter, undergraduate admissions keynote speaker, and served on executive boards for multiple honor societies and student-run leadership organizations.
Olivia grew up in Augusta, Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and Mahjong.
