Reagan Sauls has represented school districts in Georgia since 2006, handling a wide variety of their legal needs. She has partnered with boards of education and district leadership to navigate personnel issues, employee hearings, and compliance with state and federal education requirements.
Reagan regularly assists districts in responding to investigations and complaints brought by the U.S. Department of Education and the Georgia Department of Education, including allegations of discrimination before the Office for Civil Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also represents districts in special education disputes and litigation, helping administrators balance legal obligations with sound educational decision-making.
In addition to her work with public school systems, Reagan advises charter and private schools on education-specific issues arising under state and federal law.
She has represented education clients before state and federal courts and administrative law judges, and she is a frequent trainer and speaker for educators, presenting at conferences and programs across the state.
Earlier in her career, Reagan was a law clerk for the United States Department of Justice. She received her law degree from American University Washington College of Law and her bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University.
