Sarah Douglas is an employment and labor attorney. She has represented Fortune 500 companies, manufacturers, franchisees, and other businesses on a range of their employment needs, including defending clients against discrimination claims brought by the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state government agencies.
She received her law degree from the University of South Carolina, where she was the recipient of multiple CALI Awards and the Richard J. Foster Award. While in law school, she was the senior articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review. She was the clerk of court of the Order of the Wig and Robe, as well as a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her bachelor's degree from Wofford College.
