Will Barker concentrates his practice on intellectual property transactions. He is part of a team that drafts and negotiates technology contracts and other commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, and data sharing agreements.
Will is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe.
Will earned his law degree from Campbell University, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Excellence Academic Scholar. While in law school, Will was a member of the Lawyers & Leaders group and participated in several law-related internships. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, Will can be found volunteering with his church, working on his family farm, or developing his leadership skills through the New City Fellows program.
