Melanie is a partner in the Raleigh office and leads Parker Poe’s Litigation Practice Group. She handles complex trade secret, securities, and other business disputes including class actions at the trial and appellate level for clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, energy, education, and technology industries. She has experience in North Carolina state and federal courts (including the state Supreme Court and Business Court), the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, and Federal Circuits, and in arbitration proceedings.
Will is a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office and leads the Financial Services Industry Team. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, receiverships, foreclosures, loan workouts, and loan sales. He has successfully represented lenders, loan servicers, landlords, municipal governments, creditors' committees, receivers, and investment companies in federal and state court lawsuits, bankruptcies, arbitrations, and restructurings.
