Crystal Jones manages Parker Poe's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. She is responsible for supporting and implementing policies, programs, processes, and initiatives to meet the firm’s strategic objectives related to DEI with attorneys and staff. She also helps advance the firm's initiatives to attract, develop, retain, and promote attorneys and staff across its offices. She has earned a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI, the premier credentialing organization for the human resource profession.
In addition, Crystal serves on Parker Poe’s Recruiting and Community Service Committees. Crystal manages the firm’s annual Community Service Day for all eight of Parker Poe’s offices. She also manages the firm’s Combined Giving Campaign for the United Way of Central Carolinas and the Arts & Science Council.
Outside of Parker Poe, Crystal has served on the McCrorey YMCA’s Holiday Breakfast Committee as a Program and Logistics Committee volunteer since 2006. The Holiday Breakfast is McCrorey YMCA’s largest fundraising event. Its proceeds go toward programing for active older adults and youth in Charlotte's Black community.
