Angela Robinson is a seasoned real estate and development services attorney, with a focus on eminent domain, public projects, and commercial real estate transactions. With over 22 years of experience representing both governmental entities and property owners, Angie brings a unique perspective and deep knowledge to complex legal issues and the political intricacies that often accompany them. Clients have praised her deal-driven, relationship-focused approach and how that results in efficient and effective resolutions.

Angela is a leader in Georgia's eminent domain community, having served as chair of the State Bar of Georgia's Eminent Domain Section. She has represented property owners and businesses of all sizes in eminent domain and condemnation proceedings brought by condemning authorities at the state, county, and local levels. She has also represented one of the country's largest transit systems, the Georgia Department of Transportation, and other condemning authorities in eminent domain proceedings, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to reach resolutions that make sense for all the parties involved. Those qualities have led her peers and judges to turn to her as a special master, where she serves as a neutral third party in an eminent domain case.

Angela has extensive experience advising clients on their broader real estate needs as well. She represents clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. She also counsels clients on land use and zoning. Her clients include large and small businesses, developers, mixed-use and shopping center owners and tenants, real estate investment trusts (REITs), hotel operators and owners, convenience store owners, restaurant franchisors and franchisees, and local governments.

Angela's litigation experience includes representation of clients in proceedings before the Georgia state and superior courts, Georgia appellate courts, federal district courts, and federal bankruptcy courts.

Angela is a native of Georgia and earned her law degree from Georgia State University.
