Jennifer Jackson is counsel in the Banking & Capital Markets practice group. She represents institutional lenders, loan servicers, and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions. Her experience representing loan servicers includes commercial leasing and SNDA negotiations, cash management structures and implementation, collateral dispositions, and various types of consent matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was employed for eight years by Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Mortgage Servicing Group, the country’s largest master servicer of CMBS loans. Her most recent role was as a manager of the CMS Leasing & SNDA team.
While at Michigan State University College of Law, Jennifer was an articles editor for the Journal of Medicine and Law.
